Petition to UNESCO to halt the destruction of Lhasa:
Lhasa, the capital city of Tibet, has stood on the top of the world for 1,500 years but right now faces massive destruction of traditional buildings to make way for a “tourist city”. Huge areas of the oldest part of Lhasa, dating back to the 7th century, are under threat of being destroyed and to be replaced with a ‘shopping mall’ and underground car park.
Amongst the areas at risk is the Barkhor, a hugely important procession around the Jokhang Temple, and as the site of many protests over the past six-decades, the old city of Lhasa is a symbol of Tibetan resilience against the Chinese occupation.

Sooo…the main thing I wanted to achieve was to do a ‘clean’ work. I’m much more of a messy person, with messy life style, and messy lines and colouring （＠´＿｀＠） I am just so proud of finishing this…never thought I could see the end of it orz
As I didn’t have much faith in me finishing those, I kind of didn’t tell anyone at first so that I would have been the only one disappointed. But then it really helps to talk about a project you’re on and have someone cheering you up // So, a thousand thanks to Korin2b for your support, and Eagiel of course espèce de ~%@(!!!! XD

Une fleur pour dire au revoir.
Une seule parce que je n’arrive pas à me concentrer. Je ne sais pas si j’en ajouterai d’autres, au départ j’avais l’intention de dessiner une composition…pas grand chose, un truc simple, mais quelque chose au moins.
Une voisine s’est éteinte avant-hier soir, à l’hôpital. On n’était pas proches, on se disait bonjour, bonsoir quand on se croisait, puis sa famille donnait de ses nouvelles pendant ses séjours à l’hôpital, ce sont des gens qui mènent leur vie tranquilement…
L’année dernière, pendant une sortie entre amis, le seul garçon du groupe m’a dit au détour de la conversation que les malades qu’on trouve dans les hôpitaux sont des “déchets”, des “éclopés bons à rien qui profitent de la sécu”. Je lui ai demandé si il était sérieux, et il l’était……………………nom de….
Une des filles qui étaient présentes m’a dit après qu’il n’était pas “du genre à réfléchir avant de parler”, euh peut être mais put***….
Alors je sais que ce genre de débilité ne mérite aucune attention, mais depuis je repense souvent à ses paroles. Malgré ce que me dit la raison, j’y ai pensé en voyant l’ambulance venir chercher en urgence cette dame à domicile il y a quelques semaines, j’y pense depuis son décès, et en dessinant cette pauvre petite rose, là, et j’y penserai sûrement à l’enterrement vendredi, et….je crois que je suis partie pour une longue période d’insomnie.
